Scope: Plain-clothes / covert security — theft prevention, crowd safety, discreet patrols, incident response, de-escalation, full reporting, and compliance with all SIA legislation, site rules, and safety regulations.

5. Key Terms (Summary)

Cancellation

7 days' written notice for events; 28 days for ongoing contracts. Less notice = 50% of agreed fee payable.

Liability

Limited to £2,000,000 per claim, excluding proven fraud or gross negligence.

Subcontract Use

When partnering, Marithon operates under your authority while retaining full responsibility for its staff, compliance & insurance.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement immediately for material breach, insolvency, or serious safety risk.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Obligations

All operatives hold valid SIA licences, full background checks, and operate under the Private Security Industry Act 2001, SIA Code of Conduct, and GDPR.

6. Signature
